Key Responsibilities

  • Enter data from a variety of sources—including spreadsheets, PDFs, scanned documents, and web forms—into arenaflex’s centralized databases with a 99.9% accuracy rate.
  • Perform rigorous verification and correction of data discrepancies, flagging inconsistencies for further investigation.
  • Organize, categorize, and maintain digital files and records, ensuring easy retrieval and compliance with data retention policies.
  • Conduct regular data quality audits, generate reports on error trends, and recommend corrective actions.
  • Support data cleansing and validation projects by applying standardized validation rules and scripts.
  • Collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams—including Marketing, Finance, Product, and Customer Support—to ensure data consistency across all platforms.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, suggesting workflow enhancements, automation opportunities, and best‑practice documentation.
  • Adhere strictly to arenaflex’s data security protocols, confidentiality agreements, and regulatory compliance requirements (e.g., GDPR, ISO 27001).

Essential Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of proven experience in a data entry, data processing, or similar role, preferably within a remote or distributed team.
  • Proficiency with data entry software (e.g., Microsoft Access, Google Sheets, Airtable) and the full Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
