The Opportunity: Data Entry Operator / Telecalling Specialist

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Data Entry Operator / Telecalling Specialist to join our arenaflex Customer Excellence Team. Key Responsibilities

  • Data Management Excellence: Accurately input and manage critical data from multiple sources into our advanced CRM and database systems, ensuring complete data integrity and quality at every touchpoint.
  • Data Verification & Quality Control: Conduct thorough data verification and validation processes to maintain a clean, error-free database that meets the highest standards of quality and compliance.
  • Professional Telecalling: Handle a high volume of incoming and outgoing calls with professionalism and courtesy, providing accurate information, answering inquiries, and addressing client needs promptly and effectively.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Maintain detailed call logs and update customer records in real-time, ensuring all interactions are documented accurately for future reference and follow-up.
  • Performance Achievement: Collaborate effectively with team members to meet and exceed daily and monthly performance targets while maintaining high standards of service delivery.
  • Customer Service Excellence: Uphold arenaflex's reputation for outstanding customer service by consistently demonstrating professionalism, empathy, and problem-solving skills in all client interactions.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Experience: Proven experience as a Data Entry Operator or Telecaller, preferably in customer service, recruitment, or a related industry. At least 1-2 years of hands-on experience in similar roles is preferred.
  • Data Entry Proficiency: Exceptional keyboard skills with high typing speed and accuracy. Demonstrated ability to handle large volumes of data efficiently while maintaining precision.
