As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) at arenaflex, you will be the front‑line catalyst for growth. Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Qualification & Outreach: Promptly respond to inbound leads according to service‑level agreements (SLAs) and proactively prospect new accounts through cold calling, email, and social outreach.
  • Pipeline Development: Identify and nurture qualified opportunities, ensuring a steady flow of prospects for the Account Executive team.
  • Revenue Generation: Drive revenue by pitching arenaflex solutions to existing customers and new logos within your assigned territory.
  • Discovery & Demo Coordination: Schedule and coordinate discovery calls and product demonstrations for senior sales leaders.
  • Data Management: Accurately log activities, opportunities, and outcomes in Salesforce and Outreach (or similar CRM tools).
  • Collaboration: Partner with Marketing, Customer Success, and Product teams to refine messaging, share market insights, and improve lead quality.
  • Performance Tracking: Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs related to call volume, qualified leads, and pipeline contribution.
  • Continuous Learning: Stay current on industry trends, arenaflex product updates, and competitive landscape to position solutions effectively.

Essential Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree (any discipline) or equivalent work experience.
  • 0–2 years of experience in sales development, lead qualification, inside sales, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated ability to thrive in a high‑velocity, target‑driven environment.
  • Excellent verbal communication, active listening, and persuasive phone etiquette.
  • Strong organizational skills with a meticulous attention to detail.
  • Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented, and comfortable working both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office; familiarity with Salesforce, Outreach, or similar CRM platforms is a plus.
