  • Provide technical mentorship to junior engineers and contribute to a culture of learning and innovation.
  • Respond to on‑call rotations, handling production incidents and ensuring data platform reliability 24/7.

Essential Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of hands‑on experience designing and operating data pipelines with large, complex datasets.
  • Proven expertise with arenaflex PowerCenter (or equivalent) for at least 3 years.
  • Strong background in data modeling, ETL, and data warehousing concepts (minimum 3 years).
  • Extensive experience with arenaflex IICS and cloud data platforms (e.g., arenaflex Data Factory, arenaflex Synapse, arenaflex Databricks).
  • Deep knowledge of relational databases (SQL Server, Oracle) and NoSQL technologies (e.g., document stores, columnar stores).
  • Advanced SQL skills with the ability to write complex queries across multiple data sources.
  • Familiarity with data lake concepts, data lake storage, and modern big‑data architectures.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, agile development environment and adapt to shifting priorities.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and on‑call rotations, to support critical business operations.

Preferred Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Certifications in cloud platforms (e.g., arenaflex Certified Solutions Architect).
  • Experience implementing event‑driven data pipelines using arenaflex Event Streaming (Kafka‑style) and message‑based integration.
  • Proficiency with version control and CI/CD tools such as Git and arenaflex DevOps.
