Position Overview: Remote Customer Support Specialist

As a Remote Customer Support Specialist at arenaflex, you will serve as the frontline ambassador of our brand, interacting with pet owners via phone, email, and live chat. Key Responsibilities

  • Documentation & Feedback: Maintain detailed, accurate records of all customer interactions, including inquiries, issues, resolutions, and feedback.
