The Role
- Remote Strategic Account Director role focused on retention, renewals, and expansion
- Own and grow a portfolio of enterprise accounts
- Drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities across a broad platform suite
- Build relationships with senior marketing, digital, and ecommerce stakeholders
- Partner closely with Customer Success to maximise customer value
- Enterprise, multi-stakeholder sales environment with high-value accounts
What You'll Need
- Proven experience managing and growing enterprise SaaS accounts
- Strong track record in renewals, retention, and expansion revenue
- Experience selling MarTech, CX, Personalisation, CDP, Ecommerce, or adjacent SaaS solutions
- Comfortable engaging C-level and senior stakeholders
- Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills
- Thrives in fast-growth, high-performance environments
