Salary: $80,000 – $180,000 per year (Final compensation scales with experience, technical proficiency, and specific partner demand). Core Responsibilities

• Full-Lifecycle Development: Architect, test, and deploy scalable, production-grade software solutions (Frontend, Backend, or Full-Stack) across our active client portfolio.
• Modern Integration: Refactor legacy systems into modern, cloud-native microservice architectures.
• Data & AI Orchestration: Build high-throughput data pipelines and implement advanced AI/LLM workflows.
• Agile Collaboration: Integrate seamlessly into enterprise delivery teams, participating in rigorous code reviews and iterative sprint cycles.

Qualifications & Experience Minimum Requirements:

• Programming Expertise: Deep, production-level proficiency in at least one major language (e.g., Java, C#/.NET, Go, Rust, Python, or Ruby).
• Sponsorship: Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without requiring current or future visa sponsorship.
• Systems Knowledge: Solid understanding of RESTful API design, modern cloud infrastructure (AWS or Azure), and version control tools (Git/GitHub).

Preferred Qualifications (Highly Valued):

• Experience: 6+ years of professional, enterprise-level software development experience.
• Education: A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a strictly related technical field.
• AI & Emerging Tech: Familiarity with Agentic AI frameworks (e.g., LangChain, CrewAI, AutoGPT) and experience implementing LLM-orchestrated workflows or autonomous agent architectures.

Nice to Have:

• Clearance: Active US Security Clearances (Secret, TS/SCI) are a massive plus for our public sector and defense portfolio.
