  • Customer Service Enablement: Supply internal support teams with product knowledge and pricing guidance on a case‑by‑case basis to enhance customer interactions.
  • Annual Open‑to‑Buy Planning: Partner with Product Development to create and execute yearly Open‑to‑Buy (OTB) plans, aligning inventory budgets with forecasted demand.
  • Crisis Management Assistance: Support senior leadership during emergency or crisis events by providing rapid product‑related information and coordination.
  • Relationship Building: Foster strong, trust‑based relationships with vendors at all organizational levels, ensuring long‑term partnership success.
  • Additional Duties: Perform other tasks as assigned, contributing to the overall success of the Marketplace Management function.
