As a Fresh Graduate Customer Service Analyst at arenaflex, you will be the frontline ambassador of our brand. Key Responsibilities

  • Timely Query Resolution: Respond to all customer inquiries across multiple channels with speed, accuracy, and a personable approach to ensure high satisfaction levels.
  • Performance Delivery: Meet and exceed employee, customer, and shareholder metrics aligned with arenaflex’s strategic goals.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify recurring issues, gather feedback, and recommend enhancements to workflows, procedures, and service levels based on evolving customer needs.
  • Quality & Compliance: Adhere strictly to arenaflex’s quality standards, regulatory requirements, and compliance guidelines in every interaction.
  • Support Initiatives: Contribute to new projects and initiatives within the directorate, providing analytical support and operational insight.
  • Balanced Advocacy: Champion the interests of customers while aligning with arenaflex’s business objectives and risk management policies.
  • Effective Communication: Document interactions clearly, both orally and in writing, ensuring that essential information is captured for future reference.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross‑functional teams—including fraud, collections, and product specialists—to resolve complex issues and deliver seamless service.

Essential Qualifications

  • 1–6 years of experience in customer service, contact‑center environments, or related fields (fresh graduates with internships are welcome).
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English, with a strong customer‑focused mindset.
  • Analytical thinking and meticulous attention to detail.
  • High level of empathy, commitment, and service orientation.
  • Familiarity with arenaflex product offerings is a plus, though not mandatory.
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve results under tight deadlines and make independent decisions.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Willingness to work in a 24/7 environment, including rotating shifts as required.
  • Performance rating of G2L2 or higher in the most recent review (or equivalent demonstrated performance).
  • Prior experience handling inbound/outbound calls is preferred.
