Remote Assistant Fitness Coach (Bilingual English/Spanish)
Unity Fitness Academy is looking for a motivated and passionate Assistant Fitness Coach to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for an aspiring coach who wants hands-on experience working with real clients, learning proven coaching systems, and growing within an established online fitness business. Position Details
- Fully Remote
- Compensation: $480/month guaranteed
- Expected workload: Approximately 6 hours per week
- Compensation remains consistent regardless of weekly workload. Some weeks may require less than 6 hours, while others may require the full 6 hours.
Required Availability:
- Work must be completed between Friday at 1:00 PM EST and Saturday at 11:59 PM EST
- You are free to complete your work at any time within that window; there are no set working hours as long as all assigned tasks are completed by Saturday night
- Work from anywhere with a flexible schedule
Responsibilities
- Review client check-ins and progress updates
- Assist with macronutrient adjustments and nutrition recommendations
- Build and modify training programs based on client goals
- Communicate with clients in both English and Spanish
- Help maintain client accountability and engagement
- Assist with administrative coaching tasks as needed
- Collaborate with the coaching team to deliver a high-level client experience
Requirements
- Fluent in both English and Spanish
- Strong understanding of macronutrients and nutrition fundamentals
- Experience with resistance training and building workout programs
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Reliable internet connection and ability to work independently
- Passion for fitness, health, and helping others succeed
Preferred Qualifications
- Personal training certification (NASM, ISSA, ACE, ACSM, etc.) or currently pursuing certification
- Previous coaching experience (in-person or online)
- Experience tracking nutrition and body composition goals
- Competitive bodybuilding, powerlifting, CrossFit, HYROX, or other physique/sport competition experience is a plus
