Inside Sales Representative (Entry Level-Hybrid Role)
Haulistic is a logistics company looking to hire a self-motivated Inside Sales Representative. In this role, you will develop your sales skills through hands-on training and mentorship while building customer relationships and managing a book of business.
Responsibilities
- Develop the skills to manage a book of business, make outbound calls, prepare quotes, and resolve customer issues as you grow in the role
- Make outbound cold calls as part of building your pipeline; we have invested in tools and technology to help you do this effectively
- Work closely with internal teams to create a smooth, positive experience for customers
- Deliver a high level of customer service and help create long-term relationships built on trust and responsiveness
- Learn your customers’ shipping needs, understand their challenges, and help provide the right solutions
- Build and manage a customer pipeline with support, training, and guidance from the team
- Get comfortable stepping outside your comfort zone and solving problems in a fast-moving environment
Skills
- TWO YEAR DEGREE
- Strong communication skills, especially over the phone and by email
- Coachable, adaptable, and open to feedback
- Reliable, professional, and team-oriented with a competitive drive
- A genuine interest in sales, business development, and building client relationships
- Comfortable making outbound cold calls and taking initiative to build a pipeline
- Customer-focused with a solution-oriented mindset
- Self-motivated to show up each day, learn quickly, and do your best work
- 1+ years of sales experience preferred; logistics experience is a plus but not required
- Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
