[Remote] Inbound Sales Development Representative

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Instrumentl is a profitable, hypergrowth, YC-backed SaaS platform building the operating system for grant-funded organizations. They are seeking an Inbound Sales Development Representative to qualify inbound leads, drive outreach to prospects, and support the sales team in helping nonprofits access necessary funding.

Responsibilities

  • Qualify and respond to inbound leads quickly, with warmth and strong attention to detail
  • Drive top-of-funnel volume through calls and emails, with a target of 400+ dials per week
  • Book 10+ demos for the team every week through top of funnel outreach (we have people doing more than 10/week today)
  • Win over organizations with fast follow-through, strong attention to detail, and palpable customer empathy
  • Track and document account and decision-maker details in our CRM to set the team up to close
  • Learn how Instrumentl’s value proposition applies to different types of organizations so you can engage in high-quality conversations
  • Surface insights and blockers from prospect conversations to improve our pitch and process

Skills

  • You have spent at least one (1) year selling, or 3+ years in another industry and want to get into sales
  • You are comfortable in fast-paced environments, and you bring a dose of humility and a sense of humor to work every day
  • You welcome feedback, champion new ideas, and encourage others to do likewise
  • You're curious and are constantly getting to the bottom of things
  • You have a bias towards action
  • You don't mind rolling up your sleeves and doing hard work
  • You have excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Internship or leadership experience
  • Interest in startups or the nonprofit sector
  • Familiarity with CRM tools or sales engagement platforms
