[Remote] Business Development Representative (Mississauga, Remote)
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. RhythmQ is a rapidly growing company looking to expand its sales team with a Business Development Representative. The BDR will focus on generating qualified prospects through inbound leads, cold outreach, and nurturing relationships to set appointments for Account Executives.
Responsibilities
- Be hyper-responsive to inbound leads generated through the website, social media or advertising
- Qualify prospects to see if we’re a good fit and if they’re ready to take the next step in the sales process
- Manage and nurture leads until they are ready to be connected with an AE
- Research and identify potential customers
- Connect with prospects by cold calling or cold emailing
- Qualify prospects to see if we’re a good fit and if they’re ready to take the next step in the sales process
- Nurture leads and build rapport by offering insights and resources that support them during their buying journey
- Write and adapt email scripts and sequences
- Brainstorm and execute new strategies to attract our target market
- Keep up to date on trends and news from the industry, our competitors, and our target market
- Spend time with the AE to learn and improve selling techniques
- Maintain the client database to make sure the sales team can access current information on all leads
Skills
- Currently reside in Canada
- Ability to respond hyper-responsively to inbound leads
- Experience in qualifying prospects
- Experience in managing and nurturing leads
- Experience in cold calling and cold emailing
- Ability to research and identify potential customers
- Ability to write and adapt email scripts and sequences
- Ability to brainstorm and execute new strategies to attract target market
- Ability to keep up to date on industry trends and news
- Experience in maintaining a client database
