Got The T-Shirt is a specialist Amazon agency seeking a Sales Development Representative to drive growth and build relationships with enterprise brands. The role involves generating high-quality opportunities and nurturing relationships, working closely with the Growth Director and Sales & Marketing teams.
Responsibilities
- Identify and source target brands and prospects using phone, email, LinkedIn, and sales tools
- Qualify leads against internal criteria to ensure strong alignment
- Build and run consistent outreach campaigns with support from automation tools
- Attend trade fairs, webinars, roundtables, and industry events to build relationships
- Nurture relationships with key decision-makers until opportunities become active
- Support the selling and upselling of entry-level services
- Work closely with senior teams during proposal and tender stages
- Help drive the overall growth of the agency and sales pipeline
- Collaborate with Advertising, Seller & Vendor teams across the business
Skills
- Demonstrable B2B sales experience
- Cold prospecting commercial directors and national account managers at enterprise brands
- Proactive, resilient, and commercially motivated
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Confident communicator with strong relationship-building skills
- Fast learner who spots opportunities and acts on them
- Previous experience in sales, business development, or lead generation
- Amazon or ecommerce marketplace experience preferred
- Digital marketing or ecommerce agency experience in a sales role
