As a Member Solutions Representative, you will support end users by providing exceptional service, addressing customer inquiries, and collaborating with team members to enhance the customer journey.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for our customers, providing friendly, professional and empathetic assistance. Every call you take is an opportunity to make a meaningful impact on our customers’ lives and contribute to the overall success of our company
- Address and resolve customer inquiries and concerns with precision, turning potentially challenging situations into positive experiences
- Go above and beyond to exceed customer expectations, ensuring each interaction is memorable and impactful
- Work closely with team members and other departments to continuously improve our processes and enhance the customer journey
Skills
- Must have a reliable broadband internet connection (DSL, cable or fiber with 25 Mbps or higher) with the ability to directly connect to a router (wired) if negative call quality is observed when using a wireless connection. Satellite, dial-up or personal hot spots are not permitted
- Ability to handle complex customer interactions, exceptional communication skills, proficient troubleshooting and problem-solving and a commitment to quality
- High School Diploma or GED is required
- Location: Within a 4-hour drive of our Maitland, FL office
- 1-2 years of customer service call center experience preferred
