Practice Management Specialist
Lewis Brisbois is an AmLaw 100 firm with a large team of attorneys and multiple practice areas, seeking a Practice Management Specialist. The role involves collecting, inputting, and updating data in databases to track litigation matters and ensuring compliance with client reporting guidelines.
Responsibilities
- Collects, inputs, and updates data in firmwide databases designed to track litigation matters from beginning to resolution
- Tracks and monitors compliance to client reporting guidelines
- Researching and compiling data for analysis
- Performing other duties in relationship to database querying and report generation
Skills
- Work experience in the legal environment and familiarity with the litigation process a plus
- Computer software experience and comfortable with database functionalities
- Familiarity with the Microsoft suite, especially Excel
- Strong organizational skills
- Highly detail-oriented
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
- Comfortable working independently and with a team
- Exceptional customer service skills and service-oriented mindset
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment
