Media Coordinator
Publicis Groupe ANZ is a fully integrated media, digital, and communications agency. As a Media Coordinator, you’ll support the Media Planning team in developing media plans for local markets, gaining hands-on exposure to various channels and building a strong foundation in media strategy and agency operations.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the curation of data for market media plans
- Assist Media team with responsibilities for assigned markets including but not limited to:
- Drafting goal entries for local buys
- Reviewing Spot Buys for accuracy based on guidelines provided
- Updating flowcharts and budgets
- Performing budget and billing reconciliations
- Maintain digital buys and compile metrics reports
- Review accuracy of the Master Planning Sheets
- Contribute to POV evaluations
- Pull media and market research (using tools like Simmons, IMS, comScore, Kantar)
Skills
- A Bachelor's degree
- Prior relevant internship experience
- Experience with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Strong attention to detail
- Solid understanding of basic math
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to be a self-motivated, enthusiastic team player who collaborates well in a large group
