Senior Auditor CPA (CIRA HOA Condo Audits)
Audit Senior (remote available) $90-100K base (DOE) + ~10% discretionary bonus + full benefits package Location: East Meadow, NY (open to remote candidates able to work EDT business hours) We're seeking an experienced Audit Senior with prior experience auditing Common Interest Realty Associations (CIRAs), including homeowner associations (HOAs), condominium associations, and housing cooperatives (co-ops). This role will support audits, reviews, compilations, and financial reporting for a well-established New York CPA firm specializing in community association clients.
What You'll Do
- Lead and execute audit engagements from planning through issuance
- Serve HOA, condominium, co-op, and other CIRA clients
- Prepare and review financial statements, audit workpapers, and related reports
- Collaborate directly with clients, boards, and management teams throughout engagements
What We're Looking For
- BS in Accounting (MS preferred)
- 6+ years of public accounting audit experience
- Prior experience auditing HOAs, condominium associations, co-ops, and/or other CIRA entities
- Strong client-facing communication and relationship-building skills
- Active CPA license
