Role Description This is a high-impact closing role focused on converting warm and pre-qualified seller leads into signed contracts. You will work closely with a team of lead generation specialists who will provide a steady pipeline of motivated sellers. Your primary responsibility will be building rapport, uncovering seller motivations, negotiating discounts, overcoming objections, presenting offers, and successfully closing deals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and nurture a pipeline of pre-qualified seller leads.
  • Conduct discovery calls to understand seller motivations, timelines, and property circumstances.
  • Build trust and establish strong relationships with property owners.
  • Negotiate purchase prices and secure properties at targeted acquisition margins.
  • Present and submit offers to motivated sellers.
  • Handle objections and guide prospects through the decision-making process.
  • Follow up consistently to maximize conversion opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate records and activity tracking within GoHighLevel (GHL).
  • Collaborate with the acquisitions and operations teams to ensure smooth contract execution.
  • Meet and exceed monthly offer submission and closed-deal targets.
  • Provide feedback to leadership regarding lead quality, market conditions, and process improvements.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience closing real estate acquisition or investment deals in the US and/or Canadian markets.
  • Strong track record of negotiating discounted property purchases.
  • Experience working with motivated seller leads.
  • Demonstrated ability to consistently close deals and exceed sales targets.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and objection-handling skills.
  • Ability to build rapport quickly over the phone.
  • Comfortable managing a high volume of inbound opportunities.
  • Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
  • Experience using CRM platforms, preferably GoHighLevel (GHL).
  • Self-motivated, accountable, and results-driven.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with wholesaling, off-market acquisitions, or investor-focused real estate transactions.
  • Experience working remotely with US-based real estate teams.
  • Familiarity with acquisition KPIs and conversion metrics.
  • Experience negotiating contracts and purchase agreements.
