Business Development Manager - Staffing Solutions Remote (US) | Travel as Needed We are seeking a high-performing Business Development Manager to help drive growth for a rapidly expanding workforce solutions and staffing organization. This is a true hunter role focused on opening new doors, building pipeline from scratch, and closing new business. The ideal candidate has experience selling staffing, recruiting, workforce solutions, or talent services and thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
Responsibilities
- Build and manage a pipeline of new business opportunities
- Prospect and engage SMB and mid-market clients
- Lead the full sales cycle from outreach through contract execution
- Develop relationships with HR, Talent Acquisition, Operations, and business leaders
- Identify staffing and workforce challenges and position solution-based offerings
- Collaborate with leadership to refine go-to-market strategy and service offerings
- Consistently achieve pipeline and revenue targets
Qualifications
- 5+ years of staffing, recruiting, RPO, or workforce solutions sales experience
- Proven hunter mentality with demonstrated new business acquisition success
- Strong prospecting, cold outreach, and pipeline generation skills
- Experience managing sales cycles and client relationships
- Comfortable operating in a startup or growth-stage environment
- Strong communication and presentation skills

Compensation
