100% remote job Senior Project Manager | Concentrix | United States... This position will be client-managed by one of Concentrix’s most strategic transportation and logistics clients. This role will report to a program manager with said client and will coordinate and manage a $5M. API and integration initiative. While this position is client-managed, you will receive support from the Concentrix account team and the 50+ headcount deployed with this client today. You’ll receive exposure to API development portals, developer experience, identity access management (IAM) and enterprise-grade integration projects. We are targeting a full time/salaried employee at this time. • *Role Experience Overview:** + Total of 8+ years in Information Technology + 5+ years’ experience of software related project delivery + Significant experience in an Agile software development environment + Experience in T&M project budget management + Experience working within a consultancy serving enterprise-level clients + Comprehensive project ownership (quality delivery, client satisfaction, profitability, and internal resource management) + Risk identification and mitigation ownership • *Nice-to-have Exposure** + Understanding of integration projects specific to a Microsoft tech stack with an emphasis on Azure APIM developer portals and common integrations with Azure. + Understanding of IAM/SSO implementations with tools such as Okta, ForgeRock or SiteMinder • *Role Abilities:** + Ability to effectively communicate both at an executive and technical delivery level. (thoughtful, efficient, sensitive to perception, customer centered, with attention to detail) + Ability to deliver highly strategic projects with executive visibility and high variability where scope and services therein constantly morph due to client need, business value, and resource availability. + Ability to interact with clients with confidence with regards to technical project delivery, client expectations, and problem solving within project constraints to ensure the client receives maximum business value from each engagement. + Ability to understand and prioritize project activities at a tactical and at a strategic level + Ability to inspire internal teams by influence, not authority + Accountable for delivery transparency but not responsible for delivery & quality + Ability to understand & articulate impacts to the project that decisions can have at any point + When dealing with internal resources, requires a consultative approach to help enable delivery as opposed to enforce + Ability to identify sales opportunities for additional project work when managing a delivery engagement with a client Location: USA, OH, Work-at-Home Language Requirements: Time Type: Physical & Mental Requirements: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to operate a computer, keyboard, telephone, headset, and other office equipment.
