Job Summary We're seeking a Certified Pharmacy Technician - Data Entry to join our team in Crestwood, IL. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our data entry processes, supporting our pharmacy provider services, and contributing to the overall success of arenaflex. Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately and efficiently enter patient data into our electronic health records system
  • Verify and update patient information to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Support our pharmacy provider services by processing prescriptions, managing inventory, and coordinating with healthcare professionals
  • Collaborate with our team to identify and implement process improvements, ensuring seamless data flow and efficient operations
  • Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations in all aspects of your work
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date with industry best practices and arenaflex's policies and procedures Essential Qualifications
  • Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) certification
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
  • 1-2 years of experience in a pharmacy or healthcare setting, with a focus on data entry and administration
  • Strong understanding of HIPAA regulations and confidentiality protocols
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with healthcare professionals and patients
  • Proficiency in electronic health records systems and Microsoft Office applications Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with data analysis and reporting tools
  • Familiarity with pharmacy software and systems
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills
