Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement innovative solutions for our insurance business. Conduct code reviews, troubleshoot and debug technical issues, and ensure code quality and best practices. Utilize Agile methodologies to deliver projects on time and meet business requirements. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in technology to continuously improve our software systems. Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior team members. Communicate effectively with stakeholders to understand business needs and provide technical solutions. Participate in the planning and execution of software development projects. Ensure compliance with company standards and security protocols. Maintain and improve existing software systems and processes. Test and deploy software updates and enhancements. Continuously improve and optimize software performance and scalability. Provide support to resolve technical issues and address customer concerns.
