Growth Enablement Consultant - Remote
About the position The Growth Enablement team supports new product launches and enhancements to existing products within the OptumHealth Organization on behalf of the Growth Office/Sales Organization. Our purpose is to ensure we have Sales and Marketing readiness prior to products being released onto the market and UHC. Growth Enablement facilitates the interconnection of multiple teams within the organization that allow products to launch successfully. The Growth Enablement Consultant (GL28) leads execution of growth enablement activities across multiple products or initiatives. This role is responsible for driving cross-functional coordination, ensuring launch readiness, and contributing to process improvement in a complex, matrixed environment. You’ll enjoy the flexibility to work remotely from anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges. For all hires in the Minneapolis or Washington, D.C. area, you will be required to work in the office a minimum of four days per week.
Responsibilities
- Lead coordination across Product, Marketing, Sales, and Enablement teams
- Drive alignment on timelines, requirements, and deliverables
- Manage interdependencies and competing priorities
- Own readiness execution for assigned products or initiatives
- Ensure required deliverables are completed and aligned prior to launch
- Support communication strategies and training plans
- Contribute to refinement of intake, governance, and tracking processes
- Identify and implement opportunities for efficiency and scalability
- Influence stakeholders without direct authority
- Build relationships across a matrixed organization
- Provide updates, insights, and recommendations to leadership
Requirements
- 5+ years of relevant business experience (e.g., sales, product, operations, account management, or related fields)
- Extensive project management and prioritization experience
- Experience leading cross-functional initiatives
- Experience influencing stakeholders and driving outcomes
- Demonstrated business acumen and experience with go-to-market processes
Nice-to-haves
- Experience designing scalable operational processes or frameworks
- Experience with enterprise tools (e.g., SharePoint, Teams, Power Platform) and/or automation solutions
- Knowledge of Optum and/or healthcare products and services
- Established relationships within Optum or UnitedHealthcare organizations
