It enables them to manage their book of business, streamline their workflow, and grow their practice. We are REMOTE first and our team is distributed throughout the country. Due to growth, we are actively hiring a REMOTE Enterprise Software Support Specialist with experience in the following:

• 4+ years experience in enterprise SaaS customer support/success
• Experience supporting large-scale enterprise software
• Strong understanding of enterprise infrastructure, APIs, cloud services, data migration, security, etc.
• Experience working with software integrations between systems

You will be the first point of contact when our enterprise customers are having issues. This includes things like acting as a technical advisor, leading complex onboarding and/or integrations, product configurations across multiple teams, and troubleshooting/resolving technical issues If you have this experience, please apply immediately.
