Treasury Specialist (Part-Time)

Responsibilities

Kforce has a client in Saint Louis, MO that is seeking a Part Time Treasury Specialist. Position Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented Treasury Specialist to support day-to-day treasury operations within a global organization. This role will focus on executing routine treasury activities, maintaining accurate cash reporting, and supporting ongoing treasury system implementation efforts. This is an excellent opportunity for a treasury professional who is comfortable working in a highly manual, fast-paced environment and collaborating with international stakeholders. Key Responsibilities:

• Perform daily treasury operations, including: Initiating borrowing requests and repayments; Processing intercompany transfers and funding requests
• Log into global banking platforms to: Retrieve and report daily cash balances; Maintain accurate cash position reporting
• Support international cash movements across multiple bank accounts and currencies
• Update and maintain short-term cash forecasts
• Assist with treasury system implementation by maintaining continuity of daily operations
• Collaborate with treasury leadership and global stakeholders, including teams based internationally
• Identify and escalate urgent treasury matters as needed

Requirements

• 2-4 years of treasury or cash management experience
• Experience working with: Online banking platforms; Cash positioning or liquidity reporting
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., formulas, data tracking)
• Ability to manage multiple bank accounts and high-volume transactions
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote or hybrid environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with treasury or general ledger systems
• Exposure to international treasury operations or multi-currency environments
• Experience supporting system implementations or process improvements

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law.
