Job Description

Engagement Overview Dashlabs.ai is retaining fractional Growth and Industry Consultants to advise on and accelerate platform adoption across the Philippine healthcare ecosystem. This independent consultancy role is designed for senior healthcare professionals, medical directors, and industry executives who possess a comprehensive understanding of clinical workflows, operational bottlenecks, and institutional procurement structures. The Consultant will provide strategic guidance on market expansion, evaluate institutional readiness, and lead high-level partnership initiatives. This role allows established practitioners and executives to maintain their primary clinical or corporate commitments while driving digital transformation and operational efficiency within the broader diagnostics sector. Scope of Work & Objectives Market Expansion & Alignment: Lead strategic expansion initiatives, identifying growth pathways and aligning Dashlabs.ai’s platform capabilities with the operational mandates of target institutions. Institutional Engagement: Guide senior clinical, administrative, and financial stakeholders through the comprehensive evaluation of the platform, serving as a peer-level technical and operational advisor. Partnership & Execution: Navigate complex institutional evaluation cycles, manage stakeholder alignment, and oversee the end-to-end engagement process from initial consultation to successful partnership execution. Strategic Intelligence: Provide deep-dive assessments on market trends, regulatory shifts, and specific procurement workflows within the Philippine diagnostic ecosystem to optimize internal commercial strategies.

Qualifications

Consultant Profile & Qualifications We are seeking independent partners with recognized domain expertise and structural authority within the Philippine diagnostic and healthcare sectors. This engagement is ideal for: Pathologists & Medical Directors: Practicing or consulting physicians seeking to drive digital innovation and scalable healthtech adoption across clinical networks. Laboratory & Imaging Executives: Current or former Chief Medical Technologists, Chief Radiologic Technologists, or diagnostic facility directors with a deep understanding of multi-center operational dynamics. Healthcare Enterprise Specialists: Independent advisors or established representatives from the diagnostic hardware, IVD, or medical device sectors looking to complement capital equipment paradigms with operational software solutions. Institutional Health Veterans: Professionals with a proven track record of managing operations, workflow integrations, or procurement within major hospital systems or diagnostic chains. Key Competencies Extensive knowledge of modern diagnostic workflows, laboratory information management, and healthcare facility infrastructure. Proven capability to present complex technical and operational concepts authoritatively to C-level executives, medical boards, and purchasing committees. Comprehensive understanding of the regulatory, financial, and administrative compliance standards governing healthcare institutions in the Philippines. Professional fluency in English and Filipino. Additional Information This position is remote-first. Arrangement can be flexible (full-time or part-time, etc.).
