Role Overview The Appointment Setter is responsible for researching and refining leads, conducting high-volume outreach across multiple channels, and scheduling qualified appointments that keep the sales pipeline moving. This role sits at the front end of the sales process and plays a critical part in ensuring the team has a consistent, well-organized flow of confirmed meetings. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced, results-driven environment. Location Fully Remote (Work from Home) | 9 AM - 5 PM EST

Key Responsibilities

Lead Research & Refinement Research potential leads to identify qualified prospects that align with the target audience and ideal customer profile. Refine and maintain lead lists based on ongoing research to ensure outreach strategies remain focused and effective. High-Volume Outreach Conduct outreach through email, phone, and text to engage prospects and schedule appointments for the sales team. Perform consistent follow-up outreach to confirm appointments and maintain ongoing engagement with prospects. Appointment Setting Schedule and confirm appointments for the sales team, ensuring all meetings are properly organized with full details provided in advance. Send timely reminders and relevant information to both the prospect and the sales team prior to each scheduled appointment. CRM & Organization Maintain and update lead and prospect information in the CRM system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date tracking of all interactions. Manage your calendar proactively to ensure timely follow-ups and no missed appointments or scheduling gaps. Qualifications — Experience 0–2 years of experience in appointment setting, customer outreach, or a closely related role. Experience with high-volume outreach via email, phone, or text is a strong plus. Familiarity with CRM systems and lead tracking workflows is an advantage. Demonstrated ability to manage and refine lead lists with an eye for prospect qualification. Qualifications — Skills Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks, schedules, and follow-up sequences simultaneously. Solid understanding of lead generation concepts and how appointment setting fits within the broader sales process. Proactive and results-driven mindset — takes initiative without waiting to be directed. Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new systems, tools, and outreach strategies. High attention to detail when logging interactions, managing calendars, and preparing meeting details. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with clear performance expectations around booked appointments. What Success Looks Like A consistent stream of qualified appointments booked and confirmed for the sales team on an ongoing basis. Lead data in the CRM is accurate, current, and well-organized with timely follow-ups completed without gaps. The sales team receives positive, consistent feedback on the quality and organization of scheduled appointments. Prospects receive clear, professional communication at every touchpoint — from first outreach through appointment confirmation.
