Course type: B Posting type: Irrégulier / Irregular Language of instruction: Anglais | English Competence in second language: Passive Course Schedule: - - - Requirements: The Faculty of Law, Civil Law Section, seeks to recruit part time professors distinguished by their expertise and who play a leading role in the legal profession. To teach this course, candidates must:

  • Hold an LL.L. or an LL.B. (or equivalent);
  • Be a member in good standing of the Barreau du Québec, the bar of another province, or the Chambre des notaires du Québec;
  • Have significant and relevant professional experience in the field covered by the course and/or hold a graduate degree in that field and/or have contributed to research through academic publications demonstrating recognized expertise in that field;
  • University level teaching experience in a faculty of law is considered an asset.
