Job Description

Purpose: Designs, develops, and maintains engaging learning solutions that improve employee performance, capability, and business outcomes. Partners with subject matter experts and business stakeholders to create innovative instructor-led, virtual, eLearning, multimedia, and performance support resources using modern learning technologies and visual design principles. Major Job Responsibilities Designs and develops engaging learning experiences using adult learning principles, instructional design methodologies, and performance-based learning strategies. Creates interactive eLearning courses, simulations, microlearning, videos, and blended learning solutions using tools such as Articulate Storyline, Rise, Camtasia, and other learning technologies. Partners with SMEs to analyze learning needs and translate complex technical information into learner-centered training solutions. Leverages learning development tools and emerging technologies, including AI-enabled content development solutions, to improve efficiency and learner experience. Develops visual assets, infographics, job aids, animations, and branded learning materials using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, Acrobat, InDesign, or equivalent). Produces and edits instructional videos, screen recordings, and multimedia content to support global learning initiatives. Ensures learning materials align with corporate branding, visual design standards, and accessibility requirements. Owns assigned project deliverables and development activities, managing timelines, coordinating reviews, and incorporating feedback from stakeholders and senior team members to ensure high-quality learning solutions. Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree or equivalent and relevant formal academic / vocational qualification Previous experience that provides the knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the job (comparable to 2+ years). Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Working knowledge of project management standards and practices Basic consultancy skills Good computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office. Proficiency with learning content development tools including Articulate Storyline 360, Rise, Camtasia, and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, Acrobat, InDesign, or equivalent). Knowledge of instructional design methodologies (ADDIE, SAM, Agile Learning Design, or similar). Experience creating graphics, infographics, and digital assets for learning programs. Fundamental ability to translate issues into actionable business solutions Close attention to detail and strong organizational skills to deliver high quality work within project timelines Effective ability to deliver learning products, services and solutions in a collaborative and cross functional global environment, with an understanding of the user perspective Effective oral presentation and written communication skills Apply To This Job
