The Role: Want to be a part of our exciting growth journey? We are looking for a talented, passionate, and motivated individual to join our team as an IT Support in Mexico or Colombia supporting our global team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining our company’s IT infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance, security, and availability of all IT systems and services.

Key Responsibilities

User Support: Provide technical support to employees, resolving hardware and software issues promptly via our helpdesk system. Procurement: Endpoint and software procurement for employees. Software/System Administration: Manage, Design, Implement and support software systems used by staff. Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards, including data protection and privacy laws, ensure company is in compliance with SOC2 and ISO27001 standards. Network Management: Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot network hardware and software, including routers, switches, firewalls, and VPNs. Security: Implement and monitor security measures to protect data, systems, and networks from cyber threats. Backup and Recovery: Develop and maintain backup and recovery procedures to ensure data integrity and availability. Software Management: Install, update, and manage software applications and licenses. Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of IT systems, processes, and procedures. Who You Are: 2+ years of experience in IT administration or a similar role. Excellent communication skills with a customer focused mindset Fluent in English Exposure and experience working with regional and/or global teams Experience working in a tech start-up/scale-up or SaaS environment Remote troubleshooting Proficiency in endpoint, network and system administration. Strong knowledge of cybersecurity principles and practices. Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Strong collaborator with an attitude embracing growth, hands-on execution, adaptability, and the scale-up spirit.
