The Field Service Engineer (f/d/m) is responsible for: Conducts service, repair and/or installation of products or IT solutions at customer site, including electrical and mechanical testing, in accordance with maintenance contracts. Diagnoses system failures and determines most cost-effective solution. Escalates complex issues to greater level of technical support or quality reporting system. Responds to customer support calls within an assigned territory. This position reports to the Zone Service Manager and will be fully remote. What you will do: Proactive appointment planning for service visits with support from customer care team. Installation, preventative maintenance and repair of our standard research and process systems as well as customized process systems. Performance of qualification and requalification of Cytiva equipment in GMP environment. Who you are: Bachelor or Engineer degree in mechanical/electronical engineering, biomedical engineering or mechatronics or adjacent field. Fluent in Turkish and English language, other European language or arabic skills will be a plus. High interest for technique and analytical skills, problem solving mindset Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements: Willingness for regular travel (Turkey & International) incl. regular overnight stays Valid driving licence B. Ability to lift, move or carry equipment up to 25 kg. It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in: Chromatography techniques. Bio-reactors. Join our winning team today.
