Travel Expect 20-30% domestic travel for conferences, field events, customer engagements, and community activations throughout the year. The Role We're looking for a Field & Growth Marketing Manager to build awareness and engagement with the AppSec and AI security community through programs, events, and field activations. You'll own brand presence for Enclave. Run webinars and engagement programs. Execute at the conferences where AppSec practitioners and AI researchers gather. Host dinners and roundtables with customers and prospects. Support the US-based team with pre-meeting activities and customer engagement programs. Create the moments and touchpoints that build awareness and credibility in this space. You'll work directly with GTM and founders to ensure Enclave is where the conversation is happening.

What You'll Do

Drive awareness and early-funnel growth. Execute campaigns and programs that build brand awareness among AppSec practitioners and AI researchers. Create content, run webinars, and host events that introduce prospects to Enclave and move them toward conversation. Run engagement programs. Plan and execute online webinars and offline roundtables, workshops, and events that bring AppSec practitioners and AI researchers together. Create programs that position Enclave as part of the conversation. Execute conference strategy. Identify and execute at the conferences where the AppSec and AI security community gathers. Own booth presence, speaker placements, and audience engagement. Activate around major conferences to make sure we're visible and credible. Support team activities. Work with the US-based team to support regional activities, pre-meeting engagements, and customer touchpoints. Plan activities that drive awareness and relationship-building. Host customer and prospect activations. Run dinners, VIP events, and intimate programs that bring together customers, prospects, investors, and our team. Create moments where relationships get built. Position Enclave as the credible voice in this space. Build presence in the community. Identify where the AppSec and AI security community gathers. Execute programs and activations that make Enclave part of that community conversation. Build relationships with researchers, practitioners, and leaders. Translate market insights into programs. Work with the team to understand what the community is asking for. Design webinars, events, and programs that address real needs and position Enclave as credible. Measure awareness and engagement. Track attendance, engagement metrics, and community sentiment. Know which programs and events create awareness and build credibility. Shift effort toward what resonates. Kill what doesn't.

What We're Looking For

Required 3+ years in digital marketing, field marketing, or engagement marketing at B2B software, security, or developer tools companies. You've built community presence. You've executed events and programs that drove engagement. You understand how to create moments that matter. Proven track record building awareness and community. Show us programs you've run that built brand awareness and community engagement. Attendance, engagement metrics, community feedback. Evidence that your work built credibility and presence. Comfort executing across channels. You can run webinars, manage events, handle conference logistics, execute dinners, support field activities. You're comfortable doing everything from planning to execution. Technical comfort with security and AppSec. You understand the AppSec and AI security community. You know what practitioners and researchers care about. You can speak credibly about the space. You don't need to be a security expert. Community and relationship builder. You see community building as core to your work. You understand that engagement is about relationships and credibility, not just conversion. You know how to make people feel like they belong. Optional Background in security, AppSec, or AI communities. If you've worked in these spaces or been part of these communities, that's a major plus. Experience running events and webinars at scale. You've managed conferences, executed large programs, or run engagement initiatives that built real awareness. Existing relationships in the AppSec and AI security community.
