For more information, visit our company’s website at www.nordhealth.com About the role We're looking for a German-speaking Marketing Manager to own end-to-end marketing for Vetera, our veterinary PMS for the DACH region. You'll be the marketing lead for Vetera inside the broader Provet team, operating as a one-person generalist across product marketing, customer communications, campaigns, sales enablement, and events. Your most immediate priorities are picking up leading the Vetera launch in DACH, scoping marketing support for a potential Vetera launch in ANZ, and bringing in-house the responsibilities currently held by an external consultant. This role sits within a wider marketing function that includes performance marketing, growth, content, and product marketing partners. You'll work alongside those teams while owning the day-to-day Vetera marketing function on your own. This is a high-ownership role for someone who thrives in a fast-moving SaaS environment, can run multiple workstreams in parallel, and wants to put their fingerprint on a product entering its next phase of growth. 🚀 You'll report directly to the VP of Marketing. Your key responsibilities include Own the Vetera DACH go-to-market plan from positioning through launch execution, working cross-functionally with product, sales, and customer success Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across email, organic social, partner channels, and offline programs, working with performance marketing on paid Lead product marketing for Vetera, including positioning, messaging, competitive intelligence, launch assets, and customer-facing collateral Build and run customer communications, including lifecycle programs, release announcements, and retention initiatives in German and English Partner with the DACH sales team to deliver enablement materials, playbooks, battle cards, and competitive resources that move pipeline and win rates Plan and execute the Vetera event calendar across DACH, including industry trade shows, customer events, and webinars Manage agency, freelance, and consultant relationships where needed to extend capacity Track and report on marketing performance, tying activity back to pipeline, retention, and revenue outcomes What will help you to be successful in this role? Ideally, you have already gained some experience from working in a fast growing, global SaaS company. In addition, our humble wishlist includes: You're based in Europe Fluent in German and English (both written and spoken) Generalist marketing background with hands-on experience across product marketing, campaign management, customer communications, sales enablement, and events Proven track record running product launches or go-to-market motions in B2B SaaS Comfortable operating as the sole marketer on a product or business unit while collaborating with shared functions like performance marketing, growth, and content Strong project management skills and the ability to balance competing priorities across multiple concurrent workstreams Excellent written communication in both German and English, with the ability to localize messaging for DACH audiences Data-literate and outcome-oriented, with a clear view of how marketing activity connects to commercial results Willingness to occasionally travel within the DACH region (and potentially internationally) for events, customer visits, and team gatherings Bonus point: experience marketing to veterinary professionals, or in adjacent verticals such as healthcare, life sciences, or vertical SaaS for clinical practices What’s in it for you?
