Remote · USA Full-time New today

Project Description In line with Spyrosoft’s strategic growth and commitment to leveraging cutting-edge technology for business transformation, we are excited to strengthen our Unit with a Lead AI Consultant role. This position is ideal for someone who excels at transforming ideas into actionable business strategies and can bridge the gap between executive stakeholders, business operations, and technical teams. The Lead AI Consultant will play a critical role in converting AI opportunities into projects, shaping high-value AI solutions, and ensuring that delivery creates measurable business impact. In addition to leading discovery, pre-sales, and project-shaping activities, this role will help develop Spyrosoft’s AI Consulting line by co-creating its standards, reusable assets, offering roadmap, and collaboration model with AI experts and external partners. Main Responsibilities Lead client discovery and pre-sales engagements, identifying AI opportunities, structuring business problems, defining AI project scopes, and shaping solution approaches. Own or significantly contribute to proposals, discovery workshops, business cases, solution concepts, and statements of work. Translate business objectives into data, AI, and GenAI strategies, ensuring that analytics, automation, and model development are directly linked to measurable business value. Advise senior stakeholders on technology and architecture choices, balancing feasibility, cost, risk, security, compliance, scalability, and expected business outcomes. Challenge assumptions and recommend the most appropriate AI approach for the client context, including when AI is not the right solution. Liaise between business, technical, delivery, and leadership teams to ensure clear communication and alignment across disciplines. Lead AI project delivery from a consulting perspective, overseeing execution quality, stakeholder alignment, business impact, and value realization. Co-create the strategy, vision, standards, and roadmap for Spyrosoft’s AI Consulting offering. Mentor consultants, engineers, and other team members in AI consulting practices, discovery methods, solution framing, and stakeholder communication. Communicate AI insights and recommendations clearly to executive, business, and technical audiences.
