Bilingual Inside Sales Representative
Remote Bilingual (Spanish/English) Inside Sales Representative ($16-18/hr + Uncapped Bonuses) Are you passionate about making a difference and ready to grow your sales career? Compensation: $16-18/hour base pay plus uncapped monthly bonuses! Location: Remote (Work from home in the United States) Schedule: Full-time positions with day & afternoon shifts available What You’ll Do Handle 35–45 inbound calls per shift from individuals interested in preventive health screenings (no cold calling!) Collect health information to assess caller risks and needs Use a consultative, empathetic approach to recommend the right preventive services Schedule appointments and process payments efficiently Consistently meet or exceed your sales and service goals What We’re Looking For Bilingual (Spanish/English) At least 1 year of sales experience Must pass pre-employment background check and drug screening High school diploma or equivalent (some college preferred) Strong phone etiquette and active listening skills Excellent communication, clarity, and empathy Competitive, success-driven mindset Authorized to work in the United States Work From Home Requirements Reliable internet (minimum 50 Mbps download, 10 Mbps upload) with hard-wired ethernet connection A quiet, distraction-free home workspace
