As part of a new team working in a fast-paced environment, this position will perform a variety of accounting administration tasks in support of our engagement teams. Teamwork, attention to detail and good organization skills are key to being successful in the role.

Responsibilities

Team members will prepare schedules, workpapers, and other documentation in connection with the preparation of corporate returns for the firms affordable housing and other divisions while using ProFx tax software and Engagement software. Team members will also prepare schedules to assist in preparation on nonprofit informational filing while using ProFx tax software. Participate in a collaborative team environment to manage nonprofit information filings to ensure timely filing. Review and prepare schedules to assist clients in the adoption of new accounting standards Preparation of schedule to assist in preparation of cost reports

Qualifications

Detailed-oriented, numbers-focused and be able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously A working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite products is required, with an emphasis on Excel and Word. BS/BA degree in Business Administration or AS degree in Accounting is preferred Experience working in a paperless environment strongly preferred Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills Team player who is a quick learner with a positive “can-do” approach to work WFH TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS: Minimum Internet Speed: 50-100 Mbps Dedicated Home Office Area: Private, quiet workspace Business Continuity Plan: Power and Internet Backup is a MUST Apply To This Job
