Responsibilities

Consult with clients to understand their vacation interests and travel objectives Present travel options including cruises, resorts, guided tours, vacation packages, and destination experiences Research and recommend travel solutions based on client preferences Assist with coordinating reservations and travel-related services Build long-term relationships through outstanding customer care and follow-up Share current promotions, special offers, and travel opportunities with clients Support travelers throughout the booking process and trip preparation stages Maintain accurate records of client interactions and travel arrangements Stay informed on industry developments, destination trends, and supplier updates Participate in virtual training sessions and professional development programs
