Facilitate the restoration of service to the production environment efficiently. Establish and maintain disaster recovery procedures to safeguard operations. Maintain data retention practices in alignment with organizational standards. HERE'S WHAT YOU WILL NEED: Beginner proficiency in Service Desk Management.
