HIGH-TICKET REMOTE CLOSER – AI AUTOMATION / MEDICAL INDUSTRY
Obsidian AI Group is hiring a high-performing remote sales closer to take inbound discovery calls for our AI automation company. We help medical clinics and businesses scale through AI-powered systems including conversational AI, lead follow-up automation, AI phone agents, appointment booking systems, and backend infrastructure. This is a remote position for someone experienced in high-ticket sales who is confident handling Zoom calls, building rapport quickly, and closing premium service offers ranging from $7,500–$15,000. POSITION DETAILS Schedule Needed:
- Monday–Friday: 6:00 PM EST – 10:30 PM EST
- Saturday & Sunday: 9:00 AM EST – 9:00 PM EST
We are specifically hiring to cover evening and weekend hours. What You’ll Be Doing:
- Taking inbound Zoom sales calls booked by our setters/ads
- Selling AI infrastructure and automation systems to business owners
- Closing offers ranging from $7,500–$15,000
- Following a proven sales framework while still sounding natural
- Handling objections confidently
- Sending follow-up communication when needed
- Updating CRM notes after calls
- Working closely with the founder and team
Ideal Candidate:
- Previous high-ticket closing experience required
- Strong English communication skills
- Comfortable on Zoom/video calls
- Confident, persuasive, and personable
- Organized and reliable
- Experience with agencies, AI offers, marketing, SaaS, or medical industry clients is a plus
- Must be available for the exact schedule listed above
