LVN, UM Delegation Oversight

In this role, you will play an integral part in ensuring the quality and accuracy of our Utilization Management (UM) processes. Conduct thorough reviews of Utilization Management (UM) processes to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards. Collaborate with team members to identify and resolve any issues or discrepancies in UM processes. Review and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement in UM processes. Communicate with healthcare providers and other stakeholders to ensure effective and efficient utilization of resources. Develop and implement strategies to improve patient outcomes and optimize utilization of resources. Stay up-to-date on industry standards and regulations related to UM processes. Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of all UM processes and activities. Act as a resource and provide guidance to other team members on UM processes. Participate in quality assurance activities and audits to ensure compliance and identify areas for improvement. Collaborate with other departments and teams to streamline and improve UM processes. Serve as a liaison between UnitedHealth Group and external stakeholders, including healthcare providers and regulatory agencies. Proactively identify potential issues and develop solutions to prevent them from occurring. Provide support and education to healthcare providers on UM processes and requirements.
