Our client, a leading global pharmaceutical company, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Remote Clinical Research Scientist to drive innovative drug development programs from the comfort of their home office. This fully remote position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to life-saving therapies and collaborate with a world-class team of scientists and clinicians. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of clinical trial design, execution, and data analysis, coupled with exceptional scientific acumen and communication skills. Key Responsibilities: Design and develop clinical trial protocols, ensuring scientific rigor and compliance with regulatory guidelines (FDA, EMA, etc.). Oversee the execution of clinical studies, including site selection, monitoring, and data interpretation. Analyze and interpret complex clinical data, generating comprehensive study reports and publications. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including regulatory affairs, biostatistics, and medical affairs, to ensure successful trial outcomes. Contribute to the development of regulatory submissions and prepare scientific presentations. Evaluate emerging scientific literature and competitive intelligence to identify new research opportunities. Manage external collaborations with key opinion leaders and academic institutions. Ensure adherence to Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and all applicable ethical and regulatory standards. Required Qualifications: Ph.D. or M.D. in a relevant life science discipline (e.g., Pharmacology, Biology, Medicine). Minimum of 5 years of experience in clinical research within the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry. Proven expertise in designing, implementing, and managing Phase I-IV clinical trials. Strong understanding of drug development processes and regulatory requirements. Excellent data analysis and interpretation skills, with a strong publication record. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively present complex scientific information. Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a remote setting. Proficiency in clinical trial management systems and statistical software is advantageous.
