Business Consultant / Deal Originator (Structured Platform – $50K–$250K+) Location: Fully Remote Type: Independent Contractor (1099), THIS IS NOT A SALARY POSITION Compensation: Performance-Based + Revenue Participation Build a Consulting Book Inside a Structured, High-Compliance Platform This is not a traditional salaried role. This is an opportunity to build a recurring revenue consulting business within a highly structured, process-driven platform focused on:

• Business advisory and growth strategy
• Capital structuring and lending solutions
• Transaction execution across multiple verticals

You generate opportunities. The Firm provides the system, structure, and execution discipline to close them correctly. This is a producer role within a controlled environment — you originate business, and all execution runs through the Firm’s system and standards. What You’ll Do

• Source and develop your own client relationships and opportunities
• Bring forward viable, real opportunities (not theoretical prospects)
• Convert opportunities into:
• Monthly recurring consulting (MRR)
• Structured advisory engagements
• Capital and transaction mandates
• Work within a team that handles:
• Deal structuring
• Execution
• Process management

This role is about building long-term, recurring income within a system, not operating independently. Platform Structure & Standards (Critical) This is a systems-driven, high-compliance environment.

• All business must be conducted through the Firm’s platform
• All deals and engagements follow standardized processes and workflows
• Deal structuring, pricing, and execution are centrally managed
• Independent deal handling or off-platform activity is not permitted
• All opportunities are subject to internal review, approval, and compliance

The system is designed to ensure consistency, protect deal quality, and increase close rates. Compensation (Built for Structured Growth)

• Revenue participation on originated and executed engagements
• Typical structures often align around ~50% of generated revenue (varies by deal)
• No cap on earnings

Realistic Earnings Examples:

• 3 clients @ $2,500/month → ~$45K/year
• 6 clients @ $3,000/month → ~$100K+
• 10+ clients → $150K–$250K+

You are building predictable, recurring income, not chasing one-off transactions. There are also bonus opportunities and transactional revenue opportunities, in addition to standard monthly consulting fees. Ideal Background (Highly Important) This role is best suited for individuals with a structured, analytical, and process-oriented mindset, such as:

• MBA graduates or similar advanced business training
• Business consulting or advisory experience
• Experience working within systems-driven or operational environments
• Exposure to structured problem-solving, process design, or strategic analysis
