Position Details Job Title: Physician Consultant – AI Product Development & Testing Type: Part-Time Contract Location: Remote Commitment: Part-Time / Project-Based (10–15 hrs/week)
Job Description
For this project, doctors will listen to recorded doctor-patient interactions and create clinical notes. The objective is to collect physician-authored documentation across multiple specialties to better understand differences in documentation style, language, and structure among clinicians. Specialties Family Medicine, Psychology, Pediatrics, Dermatology, Endocrinology, Gastroenterology, Orthopedics, ENT, OB/GYN, Psychiatry, Cardiology, Neurology, Addiction Medicine, Rheumatology, Oncology, and Surgical Oncology.
Key Responsibilities
- Participate in testing and evaluation of AI-powered healthcare tools
- Review AI-generated clinical documentation for:
- Accuracy
- Completeness
- Clinical relevance
- Provide structured, detailed, and actionable feedback
- Identify documentation gaps, inconsistencies, and potential clinical risks
- Support product refinement and workflow optimization
- Collaborate with healthcare, product, and engineering teams
Required Qualifications
- Active US license as:
- MD / DO
- Fellow
- Nurse Practitioner (NP)
- Physician Assistant (PA)
- Currently practicing clinically
- Strong understanding of:
- Clinical documentation standards
- Patient care workflows
- EHR systems
- Excellent written communication and analytical skills
- Interest in healthcare AI and emerging medical technologies
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with AI-assisted documentation tools or Ambient AI platforms
- Prior exposure to healthcare technology initiatives
