Litigation Attorney - Insurance Defense (In-Person or Remote)

We are a fast-growing insurance defense firm that handles premises liability and construction defect claims and you can check us out at our website at www.saiblelaw.com Currently, we are looking for an attorney with at least two (2) years of practical experience working in civil defense - preferably in general liability. However, if you have more experience or are already a partner somewhere, we are interested in you as well! By design, we are a different type of defense firm, as our attorneys handle a smaller case load - usually around 15-20 cases - so you will have more time and resources to actually defend your cases the right way. However, for this reason, you are expected to be proactive in handling your cases. While it may not be for everyone, this is absolutely the ideal situation for many defense attorneys out there who excel when given this opportunity. Ultimately, this job requires an attorney who is passionate, motivated, and conscientious about their work. More than anything else, we want someone who genuinely enjoys litigation and who wants to become a better attorney because of it. And if you are a defense attorney who genuinely fits this description, then again, this is a job where you will thrive. This job will allow the right attorney to quickly advance to becoming a partner. Again, we're looking for an attorney who's going to make a career here and become a better attorney because of it. The salary for full time work will be based on the attorney's practical experience and skill level, but will range from $150,000 to $225,000, including a favorable bonus structure.
