Key Responsibilities:

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or social media in a timely and professional manner
  • Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Providing accurate information about products or services, including features, benefits, and usage
  • Building strong relationships with customers to increase loyalty and retention, and to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
  • Conducting routine customer service calls to ensure customer satisfaction and to address any concerns or issues
  • Researching and resolving customer inquiries to customer satisfaction, and escalating complex issues to senior team members or management as needed
  • Upholding high customer service standards, including responding to customer inquiries in a timely manner and providing accurate and helpful information
  • Providing exceptional customer service to internal and external customers, including responding to customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner
  • Maintaining client customer service and satisfaction standards in all customer contacts, and ensuring that customer feedback is solicited and acted upon to improve service
  • Providing training to customers on arenaflex programs and web tools, and ensuring that customers are aware of available resources and support
  • Soliciting customer feedback to improve service, and encouraging resolution to customer complaints
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction by answering day-to-day customer inquiries, transactional requests, and general customer service needs
  • Ensuring resolution of customer issues, and handling all customer complaints immediately and resolving to the customer's satisfaction
  • Representing the company in a positive manner while providing excellent customer service, and creating the ideal customer experience with each customer interaction
  • Working nights, weekends, holidays, and variable schedule(s) as required in a retail environment
  • Meeting or exceeding sales quotas in an accountability-based culture

Essential Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred

  • 1-2 years of customer service experience in a retail or call center environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers in a professional and courteous manner
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to research and resolve customer inquiries and issues
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Strong customer service skills, with a focus on building strong relationships with customers and ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Ability to work a variable schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management (CRM) software

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience in a sales environment, with a focus on upselling and cross-selling

  • Knowledge of arenaflex products and services, or a willingness to learn
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills
