Role Description
As an Experienced Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests across various communication channels, including inbound calls, chats, and emails. Requirements

- Availability: Availability to work overtime as required, ensuring that you're flexible and adaptable in your work schedule
- Shift Flexibility: Availability to work any shift during business hours, including evenings and weekends, demonstrating a willingness to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
- TICO Certification: TICO (Travel Industry Council of Ontario) certification required within the first 60 days of employment, with arenaflex paying for the first attempt of certification
