The Role

As a Part Time Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be the face of our brand, interacting with customers through live chat on our clients' websites and social media accounts. Your primary responsibility will be to provide timely, accurate, and friendly support to customers, addressing their queries, concerns, and feedback. You will be working closely with our clients to ensure that their customers receive the best possible experience, which will ultimately drive business growth and loyalty.

Key Responsibilities:

* Respond to customer inquiries via live chat on websites and social media accounts

  • Provide accurate and timely support to customers, addressing their queries, concerns, and feedback
  • Work closely with clients to ensure that their customers receive the best possible experience
  • Follow provided steps and instructions to ensure consistency and quality in customer interactions
  • Collaborate with the team to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide informed support to customers

Essential Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in a related field an asset

  • 10+ hours of availability per week, with flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
  • Reliable internet connection and a device able to access social media and website chat functions (phone, tablet, or laptop)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to follow provided steps and instructions to ensure consistency and quality in customer interactions

Preferred Qualifications:

* Previous customer service experience, preferably in a live chat or call center environment

  • Knowledge of e-commerce platforms and social media marketing
  • Experience working with a variety of software applications, including CRM systems and live chat tools
  • Certification in customer service or a related field (e.g., Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR))
