Key Responsibilities

As a Phone and Chat Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Managing high volumes of inbound and outbound calls in a timely and professional manner
  • Handling multiple chat channels simultaneously, providing exceptional customer service and support
  • Following established communication scripts and protocols to ensure consistency and quality
  • Identifying customers' needs, clarifying information, and providing solutions and alternatives as needed
  • Performing data entry and customer service tasks with accuracy and efficiency
  • Navigating online platforms and company resources to access information and resolve issues
  • Maintaining punctuality, attendance, and a positive, professional demeanor in all customer interactions

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • 1+ year of customer service or customer support experience
  • 1+ year of call center or office experience
  • Technical proficiency and ability to learn new systems quickly
  • Previous remote work experience a plus
  • Strong phone and verbal communication skills, with active listening and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to type 35 words per minute accurately
  • Background check applicable with state and federal laws required

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications would be a plus:

  • Experience working with healthcare professionals or in a related field
  • Knowledge of online platforms and company resources
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities

What We Offer

As a Phone and Chat Specialist at arenaflex, you'll enjoy:

  • Competitive starting salary: $14/hour, plus shift differential and potential increase after 90 days
  • Full-time schedule: 40 hours/week, with shifts between 7:00am-7:00pm (CST) and rotating weekends
  • Paid training: 3 weeks, 8:00am-5:00pm (CST), Monday-Friday
  • Equipment provided for full-time permanent employees, with option for company-provided hardware and software
