Job Summary
As a Part-Time Weekend / Night Shift Customer Service Associate, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and supporting our on-call technicians. You'll be responsible for answering after-hours phone calls, scheduling appointments, and responding to customer needs through email. Your attention to detail, organizational skills, and problem-solving abilities will ensure that our customers receive the highest level of service.
Key Responsibilities
* Answer after-hours phone calls and respond to customer needs in a prompt and professional manner
- Schedule appointments with customers and on-call technicians
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues through email and phone
- Maintain an organized system, including documenting and recording services and account changes
- Assist with miscellaneous office duties as needed
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to our customers and team members
Requirements
* Customer service experience
- Excellent phone skills, including fielding inbound and outbound customer and technician calls
- Great communication and problem-solving skills
- Highly organized and able to work independently
- Career-oriented and motivated to advance in the customer service industry
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the HVAC industry
- Knowledge of HVAC systems and services
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications
